CISANGKAN® tile is produced using a wet process, namely the wet process. The selected sand and cement raw materials go through a long process, which is printed using a Japanese technology machine, then each piece of tile produced goes through a soaking process (2 x 24 hours) then curing naturally (14-21 days), and each piece of tile is will go through the scrubbing process and quality control one by one. The final finishing is a coating process with solvent base paint to order.
One of the superior tile products CISANGKAN® is a Victorian flat tile profile which is available in 4 models / motifs, namely: Slate, Multiline, Pine and Classic. Victoria tile is very precise and has an interlocking system with each other, allowing it to be installed very neatly and is impervious to rainwater caused by wind factors. Another advantage of the Victorian flat tile profile is that it has a Gutter Line, namely a water rope to direct the flow of rainwater, Two Lines Barrier, Upper Barrier and Double Protection Bar to stem rainwater.
CISANGKAN® tile is designed according to the tropical climate in Indonesia and has passed the test that refers to the national standard, namely SNI 0096 - 2007. Standard Bending Test is Flexural Strength> 1200 N.
