ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS FOR DISPLAYING PROHIBITED AND CONTROLLED ITEMS

In order to maintain and protect MADEININDONESIA.COM as a trustworthy platform in the e-commerce industry, enforcement actions such as issuing serious warning, limiting access right, delisting all online items, terminating Membership, etc. will be taken against parties who display items which are in violation of our policies, including product posting related policies.

For Members who display prohibited or controlled items, enforcement actions will be taken against them as follow:

(1) ILLICIT DRUGS, PRECURSORS AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

1. Narcotics, tranquilizers, psychotropic drugs, natural drugs, synthetic drugs, and List 1 precursor chemicals	A+ grade infringement Issue of 48 penalty points and immediate account closure
2. List 2 precursor chemicals and steroids	A grade infringement Issue of 6 penalty points per infringement
3. List 3 precursor chemicals	B grade infringement Issue of 2 penalty points per infringement
4. Drug paraphernalia (eg. bongs, ice pipes)	B grade infringement Issue of 2 penalty points per infringement
5. Packaging materials which may be utilized to contain controlled substances; Materials conducive to smuggling, storing, trafficking, transporting or producing illicit drugs (eg. marijuana grow lights)	C grade infringement Issue of 1 penalty point per infringement
6. Publications and other media providing information related to the production of illicit drugs	C grade infringement Issue of 1 penalty point per infringement

(2) HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES

(4) RESTRICTED WEAPONS

Remark:

A maximum of 12 penalty points will be issued on a single day, apart from when 48 points are issued.

Prohibited items: any and all items banned by the laws of Indonesia and the People’s Republic of Indonesia, and under international laws, together with any and all items banned in accordance with MADEININDONESIA.COM’s policies madeinindonesia.com.
Brand Authorization – any and all branded products can be manufactured or offered for sale only if authorizations are given by the relevant brand owners.

Against members who continue to post product listings in violation of any of our policies (such as Product Listing Policy concerning prohibited and controlled items, etc.) or those who when repeatedly alleged with intellectual property infringement claims are unable to refute those claims, madeinindonesia.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude or disallow any of them to participate in Customized Sourcing on www.madeinindonesia.com.
