Product Description
Organic Coconut Sugar is an organic product made from coconut tree nectar. The nectar is dried from the coconut tree flower just before the flower blooms. Delicious nectar is dried and made into crystals that can be used in the same way as ordinary sugar. This product has a lower glycemic index compared to ordinary sugar. The air is quite stable if protected from moisture. Products can be stored for 24 months from the date they are produced in unopened containers and at room temperature with low humidity. Practical and easy to use as a natural sweetener in food and drinks.
