Leek
It doesn't look like leaves in general, but leeks are quite familiar in the Indonesian market. Often used as a complementary seasoning for cooking, making scallions should always be in the refrigerator. The shape is elongated, sometimes there are branched and not. The stems are white and fleshy quite thick, while the green leaves are quite thin with a leaf-like texture. The aroma is quite distinctive and is most often used as a complement in soup dishes.
