* Basic ingredients: spices, sugar, salt, cco, onions, lime leaves

* Rice / noodles 200gr + 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning + a little soy sauce if you like, sausage, eggs, leaves

* Soup / Soto: 1-2 tablespoons of spices + water + fish / oxtail + tomato, leaves, ginger, sliced ​​matches

- 10 button mushroom

- 5 sliced ​​red onions

-Carlic slice 3 grains

- 2 shredded chicken breasts

Way:

-Boil the meat with water until tender

-Add the soybeans, celery chunks and spring onions after the soup is ready.

500 gr penne

1 tbsp olive oil

2-3 tablespoons of roeparasa lime leaf seasoning

250 grams ofcanned tuna

100 gr sliced ​​cayenne

50 grams of cilantro

2 coarsely chopped garlic

2 coarsely chopped shallots

1. Boil penne, drain and mix oil

2. Saute onion + cayenne for garniche
