The Business to Business (B2B) trading market has become one of the leading export channels for Indonesia. Indonesia is a country with a vast population. The economy is very dynamic, so it's essential to focus on what Indonesia can produce. The B2B trade overseas market in Indonesia is growing at an impressive pace. However, there are still many challenges that need to be tackled to grow further. The main reason for this is that Indonesia lacks information about the international markets, which is currently limited in most cases by cultural barriers, language barriers, and lack of data.

What are some of the biggest markets that are growing? What are some of the best-growing companies in each one of these markets?

We should not make assumptions about what specific export market is going to be the Biggest Buyer tomorrow. These are just a few examples for now.

For export products in Asia, Indonesia has been a market leader. This has been mainly due to the advantages offered by the country's geography and its infrastructure. Thanks to its strategically located position, Indonesia is close to key markets like India, China, and Japan.

Indonesia has a good trade market with the rest of the world. In 2017, Indonesia exported US$26.1 billion, imports US$23.2 billion, and the overall GDP of Indonesia was estimated to be at around US$1.7 trillion. The export market comprises merchandise exports and services imports with a strong focus on products for domestic consumption and commodities for export.

With the recent increase in Chinese demand for Indonesia's exports and its large population, the country's economic growth is affected. The development and prosperity of Indonesia have always been closely tied up with China.

However, the second generation of B2B startups now focuses on managing the customer experience and becoming one-stop shops to help companies grow. Companies are no longer dealing with startups but have started to focus on managing the entire customer experience.

Today, a large number of B2B companies are following a more strategic approach to their growth. The focus of these companies has been on branding and marketing as well as sales. They have developed unique brand identities that cater to their target markets, which digital agencies and copywriters can effectively apply.
